Measurements

Under the advisement of some of my friends and family I started my weight loss journey by tracking a few basic body measurements. Below is a beautiful table that I built all by myself with my awesome HTML skills to organize the changes as they develop. I figure this way I can see the changes on paper even if I don't see them in the mirror. I take my measurements once a month and will record them here!

*All measurements are in inches
** Belly measurements are NOT included in total change. This measurement was started later.
