I cannot believe that it is Wednesday already....
What a week...
For whatever reason it was a short but stressful one. I can not sure why it was stressful but it was.
I still managed to lost 1.6 pounds this week...which is about a pound more than I thought I would have. I had a TON of water in my legs yesterday but thanks to a water pill suggested by my doc I am free of it today!
I am debating on a switch up in my exercise plan...I think I am going to try out boxing!
I will keep you posted!!!

ReplyDeletethat's funny--i was thnking about trying boxing, too. i drive by a boxing gym sometimes going in between offices and it has this big banner that says, 'get in shape with boxing'. and I keep thinking I'm going to just walk in there one day and be like, I wanna go all "million dollar baby" up in here--make me a boxer. I have no doubt that I could totally kick some @ss.
