Total Weight Loss – 69.8As you might have noticed I have weighed in two weeks in a row. I have decided that while the monthly weigh ins have helped me with the stress I place on myself they are NOT helping with the accountability. I sit around all month saying "Oh, weigh in is XX days a way I can have the ice cream." Then when it is a week away I BUST MY ASS to get caught back up.
So back to weekly we go..Make myself accountable every week..and I just need to get over myself and not worry about the ups and down.
