1a. Hard to believe it is Friday already. It feels like I had just done one of these...ok that doesn't really count as one so I will do another one.
1b. Made myself a "Slide Board" also knows as a Laterial Exercise Trainer. I am excited to have something to do that will work my lower body more. I hate my hips and legs they are far too large for what I would like. This should solve that problem.
2. Girl Scout cookies are EVIL! The saddest part about eating them is that while they weren't horrible like eating a dog biscuit or anything but they weren't an awesome treat worth the carbs I consumed. I can't make any promises that I won't eat more but I am going to try and keep it to a minimum.
3. Starting Monday I am going to begin training for a 5k. Not sure when I will run one but it WILL happen. I don't that saying "Starting Monday" sounds like one of those procrastination phrases but I actually have a good reason. The Couch 2 5K program is a 3 days a week program and I plan on doing it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday...So I am waiting for Monday...Let the abuse begin since I have no intention of giving up Jazzercise.
4. 26 hours and counting...I only have 26 credit hours remaining on my bachelors program. I am SO running out of steam on this endeavor. I went back to school when L was six months old and she is now 6 years 5 months old...lol. The sooner I graduate the sooner I can start my Masters Program...I am going to be in school for the rest of my life.
5. Lap-Band...Number 4 is one of the main reasons that I finally chose to get my wonderful band. Between my two kids, my wonderful husband, and school my life is nuts. I need all the help I can get to be healthy to take care of my family. It is nice to know that I have something in my corner when the shitty days hit and I want no part of dieting or being "on track".
